I get this question so often that I decided to write this article. It is geared towards the less than avid computer user, but has content that even the most advanced users will find interesting. It will guide you in your decision to decide what is best for your situation and it is based on my industry knowledge and practice in these areas. This will be an article that continuously changes as the industry changes, or as I find more Kool Stuff.
